Cottage Cheese - 300 gm, cut into cubes, Hung curd - 1/2 cup, Capsicum - 1, Cut into pieces, Tomatoes - 2, cut into pieces, Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp, Paprika powder - 1/2 tsp, Salt - 1 tsp, adjust to taste, Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp, Green chilly ginger paste - 2 tsp, Lemon juice - 1 tbsp, Mustard oil - 1 1/2 tbsp,
HOW TO MAKE PANEER TIKKA RECIPE
Lets start making paneer tikka. Well first marinate the cottage cheese cubes and vegetables. Mix all the spices with hung curd, Add mustard oil, Mix well.
Add lemon juice, Add cottage cheese and vegetables to this paste, Coat them with the paste, Refrigerate for 2 hours, Heat some oil in a non stick pan.
Pan is heated. Turn gas to low, Place the cubes and vegetables on it. Cover it and cook for a minute, After 1 minute, uncover it and flip the cottage cheese cubes. Cook for another minuteTurn gas to medium. Cook it from all the sides till golden brown.
Its done from all the sides, Turn off the gas. Turn it into a plate. It is soft inside and crispy outside.
READY TO SERVE PANEER TIKKA RECIPE
You can serve it with capsicum tomato and cottage cheese on a tooth pick. Sprinkle some chaat masala for extra flavor. You can also add some lemon juice if you like more sour.
Paneer tikka is ready. It is a very good starter. Kids love it.You can prepare it easily for your parties or special occasions.
