How Make Spanish Omelette | INDIAN FOODY BOY

Today tortilla Spanish omelette It tastes very well and it looks great as well we will make it together you and I both are going to enjoy it. In order to make Tortilla de patatas we have 4 number of potatoes small size you can take 3 or 2 according to the size of potatoes 2 onions normal size 5 eggssalt according to taste green and red chopped chilly powdered red chillyin.

Lets make tortilla de patatas for tortilla we will slicethe potatoes in a balanced way first we will cut it half then we will cut it further into half now the slices that we are going to makewe will cut them in a balanced way not too thin nor too thickif we cut it too thin it will break and if we cook it too thick it wont cook properlyso keep in mind to cut it with precision . After cutting them we will add salt to potatoesby doing this taste of salt will get absorbed into potatoesand it will taste very well we will mix themnow lets cook itnow we will take some oil in a frying pani have lit medium flame oil should be enough so that onions get dipped into itnowwe will add potatoes to the oil.

We will cook it for about 15 to 20 minute sso that our potatoes are well cooked lets cut our onions as the potatoes are on the fire just like we cut the potatoes we will cut these onions we will not cut onions too thin or too thick as well some people cook onions separately but we are going to cook both together so thatt he taste of onions get absorbed in potatoes and it tastes really well.

Now we will add these to the pan as wellnow its almost 20 minutes that these are cooking now will pick these up and we will drain the oilmean while when the oil gets drained we will beat the eggs we need 5 eggs now we will add saltusually just salt is added but aswe in INDIA like it.

A little spicyso we will addchopped green and red chilly and we will add powdered red chilly and now we will beat it well enough that yolk and white gets truly mixedonce done we will add the potatoes and onions into itand we will mix it well again when it is mixed wellwe will put the pan on fire again on low flameand then we will add our mixture into the pan.

after this we will cook it for about 10 minutes like this. This omelette is very tasty you must try it and you will like it a lot as well after ten minutes you will check it from the sides if they are cooked we will separate the sides from the pan now is the time for the tricky part that we will flip it into a plate and now comes the tricky partwe will put a plate on top of itand we will flip ithere you go, you see itma, now we will put the pan on fire againand we will put it back into the pan here you go, it was the trickiest partand.

We will shape the sides of itand now we will let it cook from the second side for 6 to 8 minutesand now our omelette is ready Now we will dish it outlets try that skill of flipping it again we will put a plate on top of it and we will flip itlike thisand look at this, how cool is this amazing, isnt it?

I just love it.
